A legal powerhouse and strategic thinker, Vik brings a wealth of experience in private wealth management, commercial law and tax to Elemnta. He has acted as a legal adviser since Elemnta’s inception, and joined the board in 2023. 

As the Founder and Managing Director of Clear Law, Vik has earned a reputation for his innovative approach to legal services, guiding Australia’s elite, including business owners and financial services firms, through complex legal challenges. Vik’s focus on critical thinking and his solutions-driven mindset have positioned him as one of the most respected legal minds in the industry. His expertise in testamentary trusts and SMSFs makes him a trusted adviser to accountants and financial planners, helping them deliver top-tier legal services to their clients. Vik also acts as legal adviser to one of Australia’s largest SMSF administrators and a wealth management firm with over 29 billion in funds under advice.

In addition to his legal practice, Vik has significant governance experience, acting as a legal adviser to businesses, not-for-profits and member based organisations, including as a board member of the ACT Law Society spanning a 10 year period. Vik has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong, a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Sydney.
